3. 简化的实验步骤 – 直接标记的一抗以及其他组件的改进减少了所需试剂,从而简化了实验步骤。
4. 更广的检测范围 – 新试剂盒检测范围增加到 0.94 - 60 ng/ml ,这可以减少稀释步骤并且该范围可能更适宜生物样品的读数 。
