近期，青海省人民医院赵强强团队在Molecular Cancer（IF=27.7）上发表题为“Unveiling the PDK4-centered rituximab-resistant mechanism in DLBCL: the potential of the “Smart” exosome nanoparticle therapy.”的研究。弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）中利妥昔单抗（rituximab）耐药的关键机制主要涉及PDK4对CD20表达的负调控。研究团队发现，PDK4通过磷酸化HDAC8调节CD20表达，导致利妥昔单抗耐药。为此，团队开发了一种外泌体纳米颗粒复合物，通过靶向PDK4/HDAC8/CD20途径有效克服耐药性，为DLBCL患者的治疗提供了新的策略。
